If you plan where your spending will go, you’ll make better decisions with your money. To help build the economy is developing smart financial habits and set financial goals.It is true that spending of money keeps the economy going.It is also true that saving money increases wealth but if people don't spend, then the goods that are produced can't be sold.
ReplyDeleteSpending the money can build the economy and in some points it can also destroy the economy. For me, spending the money can build the economy in a way that through spending, the money used can take part in the flow of the economy and when the money continues to circulate in the economy,the process can build a healthy economy.But excessive spending of money can also be the reason of destroying the economy because for example when the people spend too much of their money in buying imported goods,there would be a possibility that the balance of trade would be in deficit which can greatly affect the economy.

ReplyDeleteSpending money can help build the economy. If we hoard our money we don't keep the money flowing in the economy.
Hoarding money is bad for the economy because we're not spending it and keeping the money flowing. Thus, spending money can build the economy. If the money can't circulate in our economy, there would be a possibility of having a low money supply that could result in increasing the number of unemployment.

Spending money builds the economy because as long as the money is moving the economy does good. when the money slows down the economy does also.A healthy economy means better jobs for everyone.
ReplyDeleteWe all know that money is a medium of exchange. It has many uses in our lives, without it we cannot live. It depends to a person whether it build or destroy the economy. For me, it can build the economy just like for example we used it to buy some goods and ask for a receipt. By doing this, we record the income of company. It also helps the flow of our economy because we use our money and we circulate it. Sometimes, there are people who are very lazy in spending their money, even though it is not needed they spend for it just to fulfill their satisfaction.
ReplyDeleteSpending doesn't mean, it can destroy the economy. It only depends on how much do you spend with regards to your money. Spending in a way that you minimize it and you know personally, where your money would suppose to go. through this, you can help the economy to be wealthier in a way that there is an exchange of goods and services where money is the medium of exchange in which many goods will be produced and be sold. but, too much spending can cause poverty or any social problems that could possibly exist. in addition to that, i do believe that spending builds the economy in such a way that it covers the financial system of our country. if we don't spend, then, there will be no circulation of money in the market at the same the entire country.

Spending can build the economy in a way that spending is the first priority of the economy and i think saving is the second one. We need to spend in order to help the economy last longer because in economics the money should be spend more than saving, we should save but we should spend more. We should spend so that our business firms would have greater income and the success of them can also help us because thetre will be high employment in our country wherein more people will be hired for job. We should also spend because it can increase our exports to other countries.
ReplyDeleteHowever, spending our money can also destroy the economy because if we do not know how to manage our money and there will be more spendings it can also leads to poverty. Time will come and you will not notice that you do not have anymore money to buy your own food which can lead to some diseases like malnutrition or even death. That's why for me there should be balance in spending and saving our money, i did not say that it should be 50% equal..but for example 75% spending and 25% savings. We should spend but we should also save.
Spending the money can build the economy by using it in a proper manner.We should spend our money to make the financial system will properly circulate so that our economy will grow. But so much spending is not advisable because when you spend more than what you've earned has the possibility to destroy the economy.

ReplyDeleteBut we have to spend our money wisely. we should prioritize our basic needs and we should refrain ourselves from spending our money excessively for it may increase the demand which will lead to inflation. Inflation lessens the value of our money threfore slowly destroying our economy.
Spending, in some way, has pros and cons. Spending alllows the money to circulate into the entire economy. One of its benefit is the sufficient supply of money that goes in and out of the economy. Thus, inflation can be minimized. However, spending has its disadvantages. Excessive spending would mean imbalance to the value of money. Thus, reducing its supply.

ReplyDeleteRigth spending of money can build the economy because the circulation of money in different financial institutions will not stop and cause disconnections between the depositors to financial institutions and to borrowers of money.
It is appropriate to spend your money in a rigth way so that the economy will not suffer from the losses of every peso produced by the government, rather, this rigth spending may build a strong and progressive economy that can compete globally through its investors and exports. In inappropriate spending, we should know that it can distroy the economic activity of every financial institutions that will lead to bankruptcy, financial loss or what we call economic crises. Example of this is how the america's economy suffers from economic crises now a days. They used credit cards instead of money. The circulation of money stopped and wall street suffers a great loss because of the debt of every amaricans who happens to have no sufficients funds to pay for thier debts. So, w must know how to spend correctly our money inorder to figth back the poverty suffered by every person who happens to be in a lower class status of the country, because it is not about how big the country is, but it is on the people who strive hard inoreder to have a stable economy through right spending of money.

If you spend ur money in a right way,it can help the economy in better developement.economy is dependant on consumers spending money. These days, the economy needs all the help it can get.But a consumer needs to be frugal at the same time. Consumers must be very carefull in spending their money. They must bsee to it that they spend their money in such a way that it can give them convenience in life
