in a way yes....perpetuated their condition example in UP, UP was created to give affordable quality education to those who are poor so that when they graduate they can alter their way of living for the better, but what is happening today is that those who are rich ar taking advantage of UP because of the opportunities and privileges that comes after graduating from the said school. those who are poor are left behind because for starters they no longer qualify to enroll at UP because early on they do not even know the difference between a house mouse and the mouse used in a computer. instead of giving the chance and the privilege of enrolling in a prestigious school such as UP to the poor, the people that are enrolled at UP are already rich. its like every year, the number of rich people enrolled at UP keeps getting higher while those who truly needs UP end up in schools, where if they graduate, that few employers would consider competent and diminish their dream of a better living. also, those who don't enroll in schools such as UP often times end up attending schools that has tuitions fees which further leads to the indebtedness of the poor, the result, the poor ends up in neck deep of debts even before they graduate and sometimes they don't even get to graduate anymore. dependence of poor, i would i agree yes, cause its not a rare to see people taking advantage of being poor to ask for help. in a way, their making their current state a business. some people would even think that, why work when you can ask for food and money. there are a lot of people and associations out there that instead of teaching the poor to work for their living they teach them dependence instead. give a man fish and he will live for a day but teach man to be a fisherman and he will have a life, that's what i believe we should all practice.
ReplyDeleteNo. For me,its the unemployment the makes them more poorer. Because of lack in education,and other factors, people tend to find the job more harder that leads them to unemployment. Inflation also affects it.

No, because as a person we have our responsibility to live up our own identity. As poor we must strive to earn and to live. We should not depend or allow oyher people to control our own life. We have our own choices and decision. We are the key to our success and not other people.We should make decisions where wwe can manage those responsibilities that comes from with in. a decision that you can prove to your self, to other people that we can achieve our dreamsby not being dependent on rich people. We can live without them if and the only way have to courage to do what we really want in our life. what is important is that we should always think positive what negative people thin. We are the one makes our future not other people. But most of all ew should have an education,it is the way for us to find job.

people become poorer because of the unemployment. more people having no jobs in their life and they become poorer and poorer,. but people having a chance to become a rich through finding a job.the best solution to solve people for poorer is "EDUCATION".The education is the solution!!!!
no. i don't think that the rich perpetuated the conditions and the dependence of the poor because as a person we have our own responsibility of the development or the suffering. Although there are some reason as capitalism that made the poor become poorer, i think they must be responsible with their selves, in a way that they must find ways to improve their lives, like finding jobs,it is not the rich who will find it for them. we the poor must strive for our own and be responsible with our selves.no one could help us but us as an individual.

Its just we must pursue more in order for us to be more belong in the society. .if we are poor we have the reason to do something to bacome a rich, there no rich people will make us more poorer as long as we know and how to stand our own rights of living.
ReplyDeleteno, because poor people strive harder to earn and live without depending in rich their is many poor people because of lack amount of education, skill, experience, intelligence work orientation, time horizon, culture of poverty and some discrimination of race, sex what is important that we should mange our own life and make the best that we can prove and achieve our dreams in life.

In a way, yes, I agree that the rich perpetuated the conditions and dependence of the poor because of unequal distribution of wealth or resources between the rich and the poor. These inequality frequently causes and affects the condition of the poor, particularly in their financial conditions. That is where the rich people enters in the scenario. They usually tend to offer some help to those poor people, like feeding or letting them barrow some amount of money for them to support their needs. With this, the poor likely learns to depend only on the help that is extended by the rich instead of working for themselves and provide for their daily needs. The rich people should assist them in finding a living and not just giving them food to eat or just letting them barrow money because it will just only worsen their condition and making them poorer. But if they look for a job, and strive hard, be industrious and persevere I think, they can really uplift themselves from their conditions.

the extreme gap between the rich and the poor was very visible in the conditions of the world today. Yes, I agree that the rich perpetuated the conditions of the poor, because the rich are capable enough in going to school, educate themselves and find stable job easier, and almost of the big companies nowadays are owned by the rich, in this scenario I can say that the rich becomes richer while the poor becomes poorer. I also agree that somehow the rich makes poor becoming dependent to them, for example in a company where the owners were rich people and the lower positions are occupied by the poor, in this scenario the poor becomes contented in their stand and depend on how the manager or the owners forgoes the company because it is them who provide their salaries/wages.
ReplyDeleteWhen this is applied to the conditions of the countries nowadays I also agree that rich countries perpetuated the conditions of the poor countries and make them dependent. Because rich countries provide the poor countries financial needs but never taught them on how to have a good governance to improve their economy and status of living.
lets just say by comparing the rich to the poor now a days is very different just like the rich people are very dependent because of what they have already,unlike the poor they are striving in order to survive and learns how to be independent so for me as a student i think its no becuase each of us has the right to choose a way of living for good or bad ....=)

As you look for our society rich people is around us and poor people is there also so the demand, wants and supply are balance for both life style condition. In this situation I agree that rich people continue the conditions and reliance for support for poor people.

ReplyDeleteMy answer will be both, First being a rich all opportunities are with them, because they are wealthy and abundance in the aspects of finanial and properties, and every person wants to be a rich. The gap is much higher compare to poor in the economy, but without poor their will be no rich also. Thats why both are very important to the economy, their contribution and the role they are playing with in tne cycle of economy, both are part of economy. Being a poor is not a disgarce but a challenge to be in the peek.

ReplyDeleteYes it is because for me the economy is divided into different kinds of people and one of them are those who are rich. When we say rich it’s a broad way of saying what they can really do, not only to the country where they belong but also to the society. Because of this sometimes it’s them who are the reason of injustices, abuse of power and discrimination not only in the field of business but even in politics…What can a poor person do if he has nothing? Lack of education and sometimes victims, On the other hand I believe that it’s a BIG NO…why?
For me each of us has given the opportunity to excel…the rich person can not do it if we don’t allow them to do so…..right? And they are not only the main resources of a country remember HUMAN FORCE is a capital…and it’s the most important resources country can only have….the rich is also dependent on the poor…in fact they need each other in to order survive….
Note: I believe that no country will truly develop unless each of its citizens ceases the opportunity to excel…SAVE OUR ECONOMY
Taking a look in the conditions of production, the poor nations provide the resources and the labor yet, it is from the rich countries where technology are from that are use for production. This shows the dependency of the poor to rich. When it comes to education, rich people had advantages because they have means for their studies and they already have businesses in which to operate after they finish their education. While the poor ones don't have enough means in studying and businesses which made them a mere laborer of the rich ones. Thus, I agree that rich perpetuates the perpetuated the conditions and dependence of the poor. Also, if rich help the poor ones they make sure to it that those poor won't be ahead of them.

I could say that, in such a way, it's the inferior people who perpetuate their conditions and it's not those rich people as what others thought to be. Why? because people, who perceive themselves to be poor, do not practice self-reliance. the are always dependent on rich, imminent people around them. Aside from this, they almost revere those who are superior to them that's why they still loom in the slums.
